At TingTong UK, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible.

1. Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver across the UK.

2. Delivery Time:

Standard Delivery: 3–5 working days
Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
Customized printing orders take an average of 1 week to process.
Please allow 5 to 10 days for delivery, depending on location and order type.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item under the terms below:

1. Return Period:
You may return items within 14 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility:

Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Certain personal items (e.g., undergarments, earrings) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or sent in error.

3. How to Return:

Email info@tingtong.uk with your order number and reason for return.
We’ll provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

4. Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Currently, we do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
